Our third party vendor/service providers has been associated and complying with all regulatory compliances under Information Technology Act 2011 rule under Intermediaries and also complied with under section 43 a and 85 Information Technology Act 2008. We assure that our gateway payment service provider is also complied with ISO 27001-2013 and PCI-DSS regulatory compliance for payment security/data protection.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, a sale of all or a substantial portion of our assets, or other similar sale transaction, your information will be transferred as part of that transaction. All users authorized by you to have access to your account can view personal and service related information including the helpdesk ticket stored in the account. A primary account holder can view personal information saved in subaccounts to which they have authorized access.
